Elphelt Valentine is a major character in the Guilty Gear series. She is one of the Valentines created by the Universal Will. Somewhat obsessed with finding a suitable husband, she does not wish to follow her mother's directive of destroying humanity.
Her story in E7 still not out, but I assume she will try to destroy Orbis and become the last boss in this collab.
Elphelpt Valentine is a Fire elemental Ranger who can put her enemies to sleep as well as inflict the debuff. decrease Defense.
Elphelt can use Magnum Wedding to inflict the debuffs Sleep and decrease Defense on enemies that are a threat to your Heroes.
The skill. Judge Better Half, deals damage proportional to the number of debuffs inflicted on the enemy, and if an enemy is defeated it will inflict decrease Defense on all the remaining Heroes for 2 turns.
This skill can deal high amounts of damage when the enemy has a high number of debuffs inflicted. Additionally, when paired with the Artifact. Song of Stars, players will be able to deal even more damage and defeat their enemies!

Fires a barrage of bullets at the enemy, with a 65% chance to make them 'unable to be buffed' for 1 turn.

When the enemy is defeated, it also decreases the Defense of all remaining enemies for 2 turns. Damage dealt increases proportional to the number of debuffs inflicted on the enemy.

Guaranteed Summon System
1) Each summon will cause the summon counter to decrease by 1. (Maximum 120 Summons)

Mystic Medals used to get 5 star ML units from Mystic summon. It really works and I've got 2 5 star Ml from it.
New 5 star Hero – Blood Moon Haste
Blood Moon Haste, the sole heir of the strongest among all Vampires, is a Dark elemental Soul Weaver. When an enemy is revived, he grants all allies a barrier, safely protecting them.
